Do you take insurance?

We do take insurance. We accept Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC, UMR, Golden Rule, All Savers, American Family Life of Assurance Company of Columbus, Indiana Medicaid, CareSource Plans, Anthem Blue Medicaid Plans, MDWise, and MHS. Insurance varies for each therapist.

We encourage you to call and verify coverage prior to starting your journey.

I’ve never been to therapy. What should I expect?

Therapy is not as it's often portrayed on TV. You won't be lying on a leather chaise lounge, but you should certainly make yourself comfortable in your seat. Every session is unique. It's your space to use as you wish. If you're feeling nervous, just mention it, and we'll address it together. Some people laugh, others may cry, some talk incessantly, while some sessions are quiet. You are welcome to come as you are, knowing you're in a safe space.

Does telehealth work?

Telehealth is extremely effective! It is as convenient as it is effective.

How long do I have to be in therapy?

Once your sessions begin, you and your therapist can discuss the best approach for your needs. The ultimate goal is to reach a point where you no longer require therapy.

What happens if I can not come to an appointment?

Just be sure to let your therapist know 24 hours in advance and you will not be charged the $50.00 late fee. We understand life is busy and there will be times you will need to miss an appointment. Same with therapists!
