You’re functioning…but something still feels off.

Medication support that meets you where you are.‍ ‍

Support that feels thoughtful, personal, and centered around you.

Brooke Huber, MSN, ANP-BC

Medication Management Provider

Hi, I’m Brooke. I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a board-certified Adult Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience, working primarily in mental health. This work is deeply meaningful to me, and it’s a privilege to support people through both the hardest seasons of life and the quieter moments of maintaining progress.

I provide medication management for teens and adults (ages 13+) and support a wide range of concerns, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, panic, and sleep-related challenges. I also draw from my broader medical background when appropriate, including areas like women’s health, migraines, and weight-related concerns—so your care feels comprehensive and connected.

I am currently completing my post-master’s certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), which will expand my ability to support more complex mental health needs, including mood disorders, psychosis, and neurocognitive conditions.

My approach to medication is thoughtful, collaborative, and centered around you. Some people come to me for medication support on its own, while others are also in therapy—there’s no one “right” way. We’ll talk through your goals and decide together what feels like the best fit.

I believe medication should support your life, not define it. I take the time to listen, understand what you’re experiencing, and help you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your care.

My background in nursing has shaped how I show up—with a focus on the whole person, not just symptoms. You can expect a grounded, supportive experience where you feel seen and respected.

Outside of work, I love listening to audiobooks, exploring new cities, and spending time with my family—including our 185-pound English Mastiff, Angus, who keeps life interesting.

I would be honored to be part of your care.
